An updated reprise of our ‘Breakthrough Innovation’ webinar – featuring a ‘success stories’ presentation by Kraft – this encore event focuses on improving the odds of ‘getting it right’ when it comes to innovation. Since today’s product innovation efforts can be a source of immense profitable growth or an expensive exercise in futility, there is even more pressure for companies’ innovation activities to be on target. Further, whether evaluated by first year or multi-year returns, the financial and strategic importance of improving the odds of innovation has never been more crucial.

New content provided in this webinar will include case studies presented by Barry Calpino of Kraft Foods, who will share Kraft’s recipe for innovation success. Also in this webinar, Nielsen experts share the results of the Breakthrough Innovation Report, a comprehensive study of over 11,000 new product introductions over a three-year period. This research has uncovered the characteristics of Breakthrough Innovation Leaders, evaluated their success factors along multiple dimensions and measured sales performance over a two-year in-market period. The ‘anatomy of success’ of ‘Leaders’ has been identified and assessed across four key phases and is illustrated with case studies that include real-life, branded product examples.

Attend this updated encore presentation to re-evaluate your innovation process and increase your chances for developing a ‘leader’ within your new product portfolio.
